Questions about website design
How long does it take to build the site?
Most sites are built and live within 30 days of onboarding. The timeline depends on how quickly we can gather your information: photos, service details, hours, and any content you want to carry over from your current site. We send a straightforward intake form and build from there.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You keep it. The HTML file is yours. You can host it anywhere. We will hand it over with instructions. We do not delete client sites or lock you out of your own content. If you built it with us, it belongs to you.
Can you use my existing domain name?
Yes. We connect your new site to whatever domain you already own. If your domain is at GoDaddy, Namecheap, or anywhere else, we walk you through pointing it to Cloudflare Pages. It takes about 15 minutes and we handle the technical side.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. If your current site is on a platform that loads fast, ranks well, and converts visitors to calls, we work with what you have. If it is on GoDaddy, Wix, or Squarespace and scoring below 70 on PageSpeed Insights, a rebuild is almost always worth it. We can audit your existing site for free and give you a straight answer before you decide anything.
Do you build e-commerce sites?
We focus on service-based local businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electricians, auto repair, landscaping, restaurants, dental, salons, and similar. If you need a full e-commerce store with product catalogs and checkout, that is outside our current scope. What we build are lead-generating local SEO sites that get your phone ringing.
